Drive-craft sessions
Three ways to drive with me before you know whether The Year is for you.
Most will want to start with one of these bespoke sessions. Some will want to go straight to The Year. There's no wrong door.

Morning
Â
A diagnostic, not a course. Three and a half hours with me, in your car, on the kind of roads where you enjoy driving most. By the end of the morning you'll know clearly — not guess — where your driving stands right now, and what the next level of better looks like.
We don't try to fix anything in the Morning. That's the Day's job. The Morning is the conversation that tells us both whether we should have it.
It suits the driver who's quietly curious. Who isn't sure he has anything to learn. Who'd rather spend three and a half hours finding out than read another page about it.

Book a MorningDay
Â
A full day's coaching. The whole craft. In town and out of town. Slow and fast. By the end of the day you'll have shifted things you didn't know were shiftable — the way you use the controls, read a corner before you arrive, the way you choose a line on roads you thought you already knew.
This is the session most members start with. It's the one that tells you what Drive-craft actually is, in your hands, on your kind of roads, in your car. It's also the session that decides — quietly, without anyone needing to push it — whether The Year is for you.
A different driver in the same seat by sunset. That's the deal.

Book a DayWeekend
Â
Two days, tailored to you. The first on the roads you enjoy most. The second takes in other environments, including Millbrook Proving Ground, where we'll explore your car's limits and stretch yours, to develop your craft and to widen your safety and enjoyment margins on the road.
By Sunday evening, you'll have spent two days driving with me in two very different settings, and your understanding of what you and your car can do together will have moved on twice.
A Weekend is for the driver who's already certain a Day won't be enough. Some come straight here.

Book a WeekendWhat happens after a session
Â
Two days after we drive together, your Drive-craft Logbook starts. I write the day after — what I noticed, what shifted, where I think we should focus next. A day or two later you write your column — what felt different, what surprised you, what you want to work on. The logbook stays with you, whether or not you go on to The Year. It's yours.
If you go on to enrol in The Year in 2026, you'll receive the founding member rates, reduced for 2026. You’ll probably decide before lunch on your first day.
Already certain you want The Year?
You don't have to start with a Session. Some will want to enrol in The Year directly — usually the ones who've already been waiting for a coaching relationship like this.
Founding members joining in 2026 will enjoy reduced rates. From 01-01-27, Session rates step up to their steady-state levels.
